Down The Wire Productions
Privacy Policy.
This policy explains what information DTW collects through this website, why we collect it, and how to contact us about your information.
Effective October 9, 2026
Information we collect
When you submit a project inquiry, rental request, checklist download, or other website form, we may collect information you provide such as your name, email address, company or organization, phone number, event type, project details, requested dates, and other information you choose to submit.
For checklist downloads and resource signups, we may also record the page where you signed up, referral or campaign parameters such as UTM tags, your marketing-consent choice, and basic technical information used to protect the form from abuse and understand website performance.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, provide requested resources, check rental availability, prepare production scopes or quotes, maintain business records, improve our website and services, and—only when you separately opt in—send occasional production guides, case studies, rental updates, or other DTW marketing communications.
Requesting a checklist or submitting a project inquiry does not automatically enroll you in optional marketing emails. Where a separate marketing-consent checkbox is provided, that choice is stored with the lead record.
Systems and service providers
DTW uses business systems and service providers to operate the website and manage communications. Website lead and CRM records may be stored in Supabase. Email delivery and marketing automation may be handled through Resend. Website hosting is provided through GitHub Pages. Additional providers may be used for analytics, forms, scheduling, payments, or production operations as the site evolves.
Email preferences
If you opt in to marketing communications, you may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe option included in those emails or by contacting us directly. Transactional or service-related messages connected to an inquiry, rental, project, agreement, or requested resource may still be sent when appropriate.
Data retention and security
We retain business and lead information for as long as reasonably useful for the purpose it was collected, legal or accounting obligations, fraud prevention, or ongoing customer and prospect relationships. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Sharing
DTW does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, CRM, email, payments, scheduling, rentals, or production workflows, or when required by law.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you previously submitted, subject to records we may need to retain for legitimate business, legal, accounting, or security purposes.
